Administrative Assistant | Chicago Dance History Project

The Chicago Dance History Project, a 501(c)(3) research organization, seeks a part-time administrative assistant to support a range of critical organizational functions related to finance, fundraising, and personnel management.

 

Responsibilities include

  • grant research and application management
  • bookkeeping
  • volunteer and intern coordinating
  • schedule management

 

Compensation is $15 per hour for 10 hours per week. Must be available to meet in person for two hours each week with the Executive Director at a mutually convenient time.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications: 

Must have knowledge of QuickBooks, Google Drive, and basic office software. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. An interest in Chicago dance and/or history is ideal, but not required.
