The Assistant Director of Partnerships and Strategy will work with the Director of Community Arts and the Assistant Director of Education and Family Programs to lead Logan Center Community Partnerships and implement community arts programming at the Logan Center. This work involves working closely with community institutions and cultural organizations on the South side and throughout the city of Chicago, to ensure that the Logan Center carries out a sustainable community engagement program that positions the Logan Center as an important community asset, deepens community awareness, and strengthens relationships with local artists and organizations. The Assistant Director will lead this work by developing new community relationships and managing current partnerships. The Assistant Director will lead planning, scheduling, communication, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of our efforts. The Assistant Director of Partnerships and Strategy reports to the Director of Community Arts and works closely with colleagues working in arts and community engagement across the University.
