Steppenwolf Theatre Company is accepting resumes for a full-time Audience Services Manager. Night and weekend availability is a must for any candidate. Previous customer service and ticketing experience, Tessitura experience, computer proficiency, and general office skills are required. This position primarily provides support to the Audience Services Associates and Supervisors in maintaining smooth operation of the department, and acts as a champion for our patrons’ needs at all times. The Audience Services Manager is responsible for the hiring, training and development of an effective Box Office staff. S/He reports to the Director of Audience Services.

Compensation will be commensurate with qualification and experience and is competitive with prevailing compensation for similar positions within the non-profit performing arts industry.
