Music School Administrator

Immanuel United Church of Christ in Evergreen Park is seeking a part time administrator for their new school of music. The administrator should be organized with strong personal skills, basic computer knowledge, and an ability to be clear and helpful with clients.

Responsibilities include:

Fielding calls and emails that pertain to the music school
Establish, organize, and maintain client files and records
Scheduling lessons for students
Calculating hours for payroll
Other duties may be assigned

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications: 

Familiarity with Google Calendar
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organizational ability
Prior administrative experience preferred
